I had a very disappointing experience with Nikson Home Services, Khopoli I contacted them for front-load washing machine repair. The total repair cost was quoted as 8,200, out of which I paid 6,200. Unfortunately, the washing machine stopped working again within 4 days. When I contacted them for support, they refused to revisit the issue and said that since 2,000 was pending, they could not provide further service. There was no willingness to inspect or resolve the problem. Later, I called another technician, and after opening the machine, it was found that the repair work was not properly done and the required parts had not been replaced as claimed. Overall, the service lacked professionalism and accountability. I would advise others to be cautious before choosing this fraud service. No office No work Shop No where to find them in Khopoli.
