Myself Dr. Arathy.. this is my most genuine opinion out of my experience. I had a really really bad experience with the clinic....I lost around 50,000 rupees!!!! and they didn't even bother to rectify my issue or refund the amount even aftr raising a complaint...which makes it all feel like, it's just a business...the only mistake I did was to trust the doctors for 4 months..which eventually damaged my skin. I humbly request people to not get the treatment from this particular clinic...please don't fall for the so seen great reviews in Google..Its just a waste of so much of our hard earned money nd they literally don't care.. ..being a doctor iam really sad to say this ....bt pls get treatment from a right place...from the right doctors..I have felt like in this clinic they induce problems nd then treat it...nd the products ....pls do a patch test before using their products...nd don't blindly follow them...

Here is the reply for the genuine reviewers about his reply We have been providing cleaning services to Santa Maria Home Stay for the last three months at a very reasonable rate i.e Rs. 700/- for two labours (3 to 4 hrs in a day) which was verbally agreed by both the parties. PS- I have the digital contract send in my official email where i have asked them to do it. However, on most of the days our labours work for more than 4 hrs in a day without extra payment. The rate contract was not yet signed by him - I never signed the digital contract in this era. The payment was made much delayed, even after repeated phone calls. Still we were providing him services keeping the bench mark of customer satisfaction. - The poor management send the invoices bi monthly asking the money where our policy was monthly billing; however I m attaching the screenshot of the so called delayed payments. Yes, I do agree that there had been a countable instances where our workers reached the site little delay, but with prior intimation to the customer. We use the housekeeping companies imagining that they will have replacements if someone is on leave, but instead of housekeepers they send was one day it will painter another day a plumber and next day a carpenter who has nil knowledge about housekeeping i literally need to spend my good productive hours to make things perfect and now you are telling about the extra hours they work i know they have to work like donkeys if they don't know their job! i'm sorry it's not our fault, we have to take the honorship of their delays from our valuable guests. And there had been instances where he had given us surprises in the morning (According to his language) saying that he doesn’t need work today. Whereas we have already scheduled our workers on previous day. Recently we got a work in another home stay which is near to santa maria and this gentle man told our workers that your service is not required if you provide service to the nearby home stay. - When your staffs were send to our organization they even don't know the names of chemicals and we invested our time to train them and you have changed the staffs without even consulting us to another property. Have been using them since 3 months however, mostly can’t reliable with the timing (you get surprises in the morning) and they make the schedule according to their convenience by the so called managers/supervisors. They need to make easy money from their new calls by not serving the regular contract. Don’t know the owner really care about this attitude of the supervisors /managers spoiling the reputation. The staffs have nothing to do with their assigning schedule. Since ours is a premium guest house, we had to pay the compensation to our guests for their take it easy attitude, also it hampers others business and the consequences in hospitality. The a genuine reviewer will know that most of their reviews are bought!! not customer experience.

Bad customer care and too expensive for petty works. Don't believe those fake positive reviews. I had to call them for small work of smoothening the edge of my wooden door. After the work, which lasted on 7 mins, I was surprised by the amount of money I was charged. There weren't any additional fittings or any extra work. It was only a temporary adjustment. If they did something better, I would be happy to pay them more than they are now. Their excuses were that they had to come by car and that I should have known about the petrol prices. There were two guys and one of them were simply standing or roaming here and there. Thank god... It would have cost me an arm and leg if I had to call them for plumbing works.

Terrible experience from the staff. We called and took appoint after a day for unlocking a door. They asked all the details and fixed a time. But when we called, they said they are coming all the time. After that they are not picking the call.Very unprofessional and cheaters!At least they could call and tell them any reasons.It was the lady Shilpa(as per truecaller) and the person prasanth prakash.

Vcare Works has been doing Painting as well as some carpentry, electrical and plumbing work at my house. The work is still ongoing but must say I am impressed with how the work has been progressing and how Prashant and his team have been coordinating the work as well as for having been accommodative. Hope they keep up the same pace and complete the work on time. Having seen their work till now I would highly recommend them to everyone!
