I got to know about Maxwell Relocation through a friend who had an excellent experience with them, and I must say, they lived up to the expectations! Right from the first interaction with Mr. Purushottam, the process was smooth and reassuring. He clearly understood our requirements and promptly arranged a well-coordinated, efficient, and courteous team for the move. The packing quality was truly top-notch. All furniture was meticulously wrapped using plastic wraps, bubble wrap, and blankets wherever needed. Special care was taken with all fragile and glass items, which were packed and handled with great attention. The team arrived on time, worked with professionalism, and were extremely polite and understanding throughout the process. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Maxwell Relocation. Overall, I am very, very impressed with their service and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality moving experience. Kudos to the entire team!

Then there packing team was just too good with all the magerials and teamwork the supervisor was very polite. Loading and unloading was seemlessly taken care off. I recently used the Maxwell Relocations to move my household items from Chennai to Bangalore. This has been such a wonderful experience. The team came on time and worked with so much of patience and diligence. The entire experience from start to finish was handled in an extremely professional manner. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Our experience with Maxwell Relocations was nothing short of a disaster. We trusted them for our move from Noida to Hyderabad, expecting professionalism and care, but what we received was complete negligence, damage to our belongings, and sheer frustration in follow-ups. From the start, the service was poorly handled. Despite their promises of safe and secure transport, several of our valuable items were damaged, including a broken temple, which held immense sentimental value. Along with this, at least six more items were damaged beyond repair, showcasing their utter disregard for handling goods properly. The worst part was their response to the damages (mr.sunil jha and purushottam were extremely disappointing as the point of contacts). After two months of relentless follow-ups, frustrating back-and-forth communication, and no sense of accountability, they finally processed an insurance claim of just ₹1400—a pathetic amount considering the extent of the damages. Not once did they apologize or take responsibility for their subpar service. Instead, we were forced to chase them for even this meager compensation. The company failed to offer any real support. Their attitude reflected a complete lack of customer concern, making an already stressful situation even worse. If you’re considering Maxwell Relocations, think twice! This company does not value its customers' belongings. A moving company should make the transition smooth, not turn it into a months-long ordeal of damage control and frustration.
