Firstly the packaging was very well done by them but the overall experience is pathetic. The owner or manager whoever he is, is extremely arrogant and egositic and has zero value for customers. They don’t tell the correct invoice initially and will add gst and insurance later on once your items have reached there godown ultimately no choice left with the customer but to pay. Have done movement 3-4 times with agarwal movers and packers but no gst charged by them ever. Also, they delayed the delivery from hyd to indore by around 3 weeks and told multiple stories like driver drunk caught by police. Another person told driver met with accident and serious and all. Better to opt for professional people like agarwal and all then saving little money by going with them and taking lots of mental tension. Extremely unprofessional team: Attaching photo of the payment receipt to show how they try to tell here that these are fake reviews. This receipt shows there lie and what sort of company this is. Instead of working on the services and improving them they just try to lie here. Better work on ur services. To most of the negative reviews initially they say that fake review and we have not worked for this customer but once u post proofs they change stance and start putting blame on customers. I spoke to their branch manager Mr. Vikash I really liked his way of talking. He gave me almost all the details over the phone. Then he sent a survey person to check the goods at my house. He came to our house and checked the goods and provided us all the details like how our goods would be packed, which vehicle would be used, how many members would come for packing and in how many days would it return. Their team reached our doorstep exactly on time and packed our luggage in a very good manner. They use very good quality packing material for packing the luggage. My luggage was delivered to Chennai the next day exactly as per the time told by them. I got my luggage in exactly the same condition as they had packed it. My car was also delivered to Chennai exactly at the same time, for which I would like to call them the best service provider for car transport. They said intercity transfer cost will be 15000. But charged 25000 final bill. Showing 10 boxes extra. However I noticed initial 4 hours they work fast and then they pass time deliberately to increase the bill. They did not load items inside truck more than 3 hours. At night they reach the destination and finished only beds . Rest all unpacking we did by our own. However positive thing they brought 2 left items also next day. TVs I bought in my own car. Did not take risk. Expensive dining table got damaged. Overall 2 rating is right.
