Terrible Experience with Packers and Movers - Stay Away! I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this packers and movers service. I wish I could give them zero stars. The entire process was filled with dishonesty, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Firstly, the pricing was a complete mess. There was no transparency whatsoever, and I ended up paying way more than initially agreed upon. The hidden charges and unexpected fees left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. The condition in which my bike arrived was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying for extra care and protection, my bike had dents and scratches all over. It's clear that they mishandled and neglected the responsibility of ensuring safe transportation. The customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to address my concerns, I was met with dismissive attitudes and unprofessional behavior. It seemed like they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or resolving issues. To make matters worse, the packers and movers failed to abide by the promised delivery date. My items were delayed, causing a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. It's unacceptable for a service to disregard timelines and make their customers suffer the consequences. Overall, I strongly advise anyone considering this packers and movers service to steer clear. Save yourself the stress, money, and headaches by choosing a more reputable and customer-focused company. This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else.

Never book this packers and movers. This is all cheating business, not fair and not loyal business. They will literally cheat customers. They will quote one amount when we talk to them and will ask double the amount once our luggage reaches their godown. They will be so reluctant and will fight with us and demand in huge, almost double the amount which is not told in prior and they will tell us that they will not deliver our luggage till whatever amount they demand is paid. They missed some items in our luggage at time of delivery, for that they didn't give any response . For some items they told packing material is not there, they will do packing in godown, but they didn't do. Our luggage was soiled, damaged by the time it reached us . They demand and force us to pay amount which was not told in prior. Very much disappointed. They quoted me 15,000 for 300 km from hyderabad, but after my luggage reached their godown, they told total price was 29,000 which was not told to me in prior. They didn't move the truck from godown, till total amount they demanded is paid. They brought lugguage in open truck without protection, missed few items, soiled and damaged few items. Zero rating for services and behavior.

I suggest you to stay away from them. A lot of hidden charges and they will give you a surprise after booking. Don't believe their quotations, they add a lot of hidden charges like insurance (atleast 30% extra charges) and service charge (18%) and GST (18%). So they will charge you double the quotation which they don't tell you at the time of booking.

First they will said they are from runway movers and packers, but when I went to visit their store they are different name written. First he will threatened about send money or I will not send your luggage. He is frouad guy, he not delivered my Chairs. It been 1 month over and he will lie everytime. 1st he said to be Hyderabad to Pune delivery it's 15000 and then he created bill 21000. Fraud guy don't believe them, fraud guy. He is not runway guy, they deliver with third party person. See 3rd slip, they delivered with different delivery agency.

This is fraud packers and movers. Initially they will give very less price. Once they picked the item they demand for more money. If you can’t give money they tell that the item is in my godown which is in outskirts of hyderabad. We had this experience. For one item they mentioned 3200. After they picked the item they mentioned I have to pay 2000 extra. When I asked for the reason, they said it is state tax, gst, etc. They mentioned that item will get deliver in 4 days. But even after 10 days item is not delivered. After two weeks, they called ask asking extra 2000 to deliver item. They told that we are just 5 kms away from your location. We have to come long way to ur home. So without extra 2000 can’t deliver the item. When we go into more details, we understand that these people don’t have packers and movers. They will take our item and give to other packers ans movers. While they are giving to others they will mention that only tocken amount given and the other amount will be collected by the time of delivery.

Good service on time is good experience word of runway cargo packers and movers. I have taken the service of India Cargo packers and movers to shift my sofa thank you very much runway cargo packers and movers
