If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, do not use their services. Here are the reasons why they are a total scam: Gross Negligence & Property Damage: They delivered my goods in a shocking state. Multiple items were broken (including a religious idol and household plastics), but worse, food packets were gnawed through by rats. This indicates they store your life’s earnings in unhygienic, pest-infested godowns. Deceptive Business Practices: They claim to have a presence in Odisha, but this is a lie. Once they took my money, they handed my goods over to a third-party vendor without my consent, leading to massive delays and zero accountability. Poor Packing Quality: Despite charging for professional service, they used old, flimsy, second-hand cartons that offered no protection to my items. Insurance Fraud: They insisted I pay for insurance, yet it has been over a month since the damages occurred and they have not processed any payment. They completely stop committing to their words once they have your money. Dishonesty: The staff says one thing to your face and does the complete opposite. There is no transparency or professional ethics here. They are nothing more than a local transport agency masquerading as a professional relocation company. Save yourself the mental agony and the financial loss—choose anyone else but Swathi Relocation. In addition to it, I am going to file a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or via the e-Daakhi portal for not paying out the insurance amount.

Satisfied with the service. It was done (door to door) from Bengaluru to Kolkata. I chose this company as I wanted good packaging while transfer as the railway packaging and handling is very bad. The charge is on the higher side but the vehicle comes back in one piece. They used Blue Dart for sending the bike. Note that - while receiving you need to unwrap your bike by yourself.
