I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service I have received. Despite repeated follow-ups, my bike was delivered only around 5th November, which is an unacceptable delay. Every time I contacted your customer care team regarding the delivery status, I was given false assurances that it would reach within 4–5 days. The staff not only failed to provide proper updates but also responded in an unprofessional and rude manner. One of your representatives even said, "Just because of your only bike we will not send, you have to wait." Such behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, when my brother received the bike, we found that the right side of the fuel tank was completely damaged. Before handing it over to your team, I had taken a clear video showing the bike in perfect condition, which I can provide as proof. The damage clearly occurred during transit due to mishandling by your staff. This is not just about delay or rudeness — this is clear negligence and damage to an expensive vehicle that holds great personal and monetary value. I demand immediate action and appropriate compensation for the damage caused to my Royal Enfield GT 650. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter through consumer courtand public grievance platforms, along with sharing my experience on social media and relevant review sites. I hired them to shift my goods and they promised delivery in 10 days, but it’s been 17 days now and I still haven’t got my parcel. Super frustrating experience! They said pickup would be in the afternoon but came only by evening, and then their team asked for extra money as a tip. The tracking is totally useless n no real-time updates and every time I called, I got vague answers unlike any sadak chhap company they had no updates and kept buying time and still testing my patience by not giving me real time updates on tracking.
