Worst Service. Literally gang of frauds. Never believe in what they say. On the day of loading, they sent a third-party vehicle. मर्जी है आपकी, आखिर पैसे और सामान भी हैं आपके I My household items were said to be delivered on 27th September 2024 . They delivered the items in damaged condition on 15th October. You call them, they will surely pick call. You ask for updates they'll lie. In time delivery is totally out of question. If you don't need your belongings for so many days, then this is the best option available. You will simply beg for updates, tracking, and delivery status, and trust me, you will get mere assurance. It takes a lot of skin to be such unprofessional. Mere saare saman Damaged condition me mile mujhe. Maine insurance bhi karwaya tha but their insurance was also fake. मर्जी है आपकी, आखिर पैसे और सामान भी हैं आपके I

Customer service too bad too worst, they commit/promise something to customer like vehicle to provide moving would fit for 2 BHK as DC but in realty bring small vehicles to manage which not appropriate at all to fit all 2 BHK items. Finally if customer wants to repay after cancel their service for any reason they will drag the customer without replaying advance till customer felt exhaust and looking for help. So I suggest don't go with this packers and movers or else you will loose the money and their handling things become worst.

Worst ever experience .. Totally a fraud service provider..worst packers movers I ever dealt with…Firstly they will give u a very sober and reliable quotation and once ur goods are packed then they will reveal their hidden charges and condition… please be careful before dealing with them…..

Worst Experience ... Never rely on this company people... They are totally unprofessional and unreliable. I have shifted my households from Noorsarai, Bihar to Bolpur, West Bengal on 11th July 2025. But due to negligence of the company I faced alot of difficulties. Mr Dheeraj from first talk used to say " Sir ek baar to mauka dijiye, aapko ratti bhar bhi paresani nahin hogi". But this shifting became a nightfor me. Mr Dheeraj sent only 3 men (to save money) for packing and they packed things till 9pm. If there were more workers then the work could be finished at right time. They packed things poorly. They didn't bring enough cartons. So some of my things got damaged during transportation. On delivery date due to some reason the workers of om company didn't appear and some local workers came for the work. Nobody from company side was present during unloading. The workers again demanded Rs 8000/- for unloading and I had to pay them bcoz nobody of the company was there to help me. I faced a lot of difficulties and stress. The local workers unload and shifted things in haphazard manner, didn't fit the bed and other things properly. I found many things damaged due to lack of proper packing. I had to arrange two more labour at bolpur to arrange the things at my home after the workers left. I had to pay extra money from my side as nobody from om company was present here at Bolpur. So don't ever believe in the company people, they are totally unreliable. Otherwise u will be on Bhagwan Bharose like me. After registering so many requests and complaints, this company representative phoned me and promised to give back my money which I had to pay extra. But till date they didn't send money and also not respond to my phone/msg.

The worst services I have experienced with this company IBA approval must be withdrawn from this company In my case they assured to deliver the house hold goods and car within 6 days, but they took more than one month So, they must be depanelled

Farud gang, don't book OM packers. All items damaged,they taking the quotation after send through third-party.

Poor staff behaviour nd fraud company. They take money in advance but not giving delivery at time.. concern person block call.. I recommend not to book this company highly unprofessional..
