Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional packers and movers I have ever dealt with. The team came totally unprepared no proper materials, no coordination, and we had to pack most of our own things by hand. Once they got the payment, they simply stopped responding. The customer care is useless they make false promises and vanish when you need help. It feels like you’re left at your own mercy after paying them. Pathetic service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers. Avoid Agarwal Packers and Movers at all costs they are not what they claim to be.

Very satisfied with their work. The workers were skilled and quick. My furniture and electronics reached safely without any scratches.

APML - Naam bade aur darshan chote. Worst service ever. Rude and crude both. Damaged my 55" TV, my antique bar, my antique chess table, dented my double door fridge, broke my glass crockery. And they are aware that they did this. Held me at ransom that if I do not pay before loading, they will not deliver my goods. And to top that they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Just dumped my cartons outside my doorstep, in a mountain high pile and left. And they wanted in writing that I will return all the cartons in 2 days. BEWARE, They have ruined my house moving experience. Used a lot of smaller vendors in the past, who were cheaper and more professional. Shame on these guys, truly disgusting!

I chose Agarwal Packers & Movers (APML) to move my goods from Mumbai to Indore, but my marble tabletop arrived completely broken. The company offered only ₹1,000 against an ₹8,000 loss, citing "no transit coverage," though the damage was due to mishandling. I’m still hoping APML will uphold its reputation and resolve this fairly before I approach the Consumer Forum. A very dissatisfied customer!

I am not sure how genuine is the review but I had worst experience moving my goods. They damaged my brand new sofa badly and also couple of other goods. For one of my friend the complete box is missing. They need to take action on their driver as the culprit did something with the packaging. If you are moving your goods between cities of short distance then this is good otherwise please avoid as they dont use bubble wraps and strong sheets. This is due to cost cutting.

The packing was done very carefully and all items were handled with attention The staff was polite and supportive The delivery came earlier than expected and everything was safe and secure
