Such an unprofessional packers. Highly fraudulent work they do. I had to give them an advance for a large movement and had to take it back from them as they were not able to fulfil the delivery. They outsourced this work to another large packer in TVM for a lower quotation and thus decreasing the quality of the new packers work. Once I got to know this, I had to take my advance back from Capital movers and gave it directly to the packers they outsourced to. The owner of this company was not even available for a call on the moving day. He gave all sorts of reasons for not picking call. Finally I had to barge into their office to collect back my advance. Don't think this movers are capable of handling any order beyond Rs.5,000. My given quotation was for 27,000. They trap you in with luring words. Don't fall for this company.

On time service !! I received the best service of its kind from Capital Packers and movers today from Tvm to Ekm. All the staffs are very co-operative and understanding. They were very patient with me since the day one. No hurry burry at all and rendered the service with utmost CARE and PATIENCE. Thank you so much for making it easier than I thought. They even made a call after to get the feedback and to make sure if the customer is satisfied, which many companies do not do after getting the payment.

These guys are very professional and friendly. Despite of small package these guys helped me in time that too with a great economy deal. They were prompt,punctual l and very much initiative. Provided a quick service in a very short notice. Shifting was done really hastle free. I didn't even met any of them. Mailed a proper list of items to be moved and I recieved a very reasonable quotation in just two mins. My work was done in next 12 hrs. Packing was perfect, and they've helped a lot to fix up my things at new place.

Recently I availed the house shifting service from this team and it was found to be super professional especially the way it was coordinated from the start to the execution. Only issue was while dealing with the Bengal labourers who were just robotic while working without using their brains, but it was managed by the supervisor staff who took the ownership of executing the job. They arranged expert AC technicians for shifting the same. All together good job delivered!
