Metro relocation and transportation

Bad Service. Personal experience:- My car handed over on 10.05.2025 is yet to be rec'd. Would have been OK, sadly location whereabouts are unknown to them also. Hope M/s Metro addresses the issue in a day or two as promised. Rec'd on 22.05.2025 with damages during late loading or while driven from Gurgaon to Dehradun for delivery (so called door delivery) from Cuttack to Dehradun). Message with pics sent to Metro for part reimbursement. Reply awaited.

Terrible experience. We shifted our household items from Bhubaneswar to Puri. The packaging was worst. They didn't take care of anything while packing the goods. They did everything in so much hurry. They Didn't pack sofa and made it dirty. The behaviour of team was good, but only person in that team whose name starts with P ( I choose not to mention his name here) handled everything very recklessly with no care at all. The worst thing happened to us that our TV panel got broken due to their recklessness and worst packaging. We suffered great loss. Utterly disappointed with this company.

I used the services to transport a car from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad. I have to follow up a bit for the driver to come and pick up the car from my residence. However, after that the process was smooth. The car got loaded into the trailer as per the schedule and the video was shared with me. The vehicle arrived in good condition. PS: I have to make the payment in full after the car got loaded leaving nothing for the customer. However, I found them reliable.

It was a great experience with metro relocation and transportation service while moving items from Bhubaneswar to Jajpur Road. The entire team was very much helpful , punctual, sincere in their service. They were even accommodative to consider the last minute changes. I would suggest to consider availing their service.

I used their services to transport my few belongings from bbsr to Bangalore and price was cheaper compared to other also staff behaviour was very professional and welled manner. Also when my product was delivered in my destination that time I faced some issue but when I called bbsr team on call they fixed my issue with help of Bangalore team. Specially thank you kanak ma'am who joined recently but promptly provided answers to my query any time I raised. They need to improve their website so that we can get information correctly currently that is missing. If you want to search bbsr office address then it'll difficult to identify.

very very fake transportation.doesn't their words.once you agree with your deal after that they didn't stand their words. we transfer from bhubaneswar to guwahati out experience is very worst and disappointed they damage our many think like godrej cloth stand and many.please do not deal with this company
