Completely fraud.. They took 4,900/-from me as an advance. Since then they are not receiving my phone calls and are not communicating in any way.Those of you who are contacting them in need, please do not book based on their reviews. All these reviews are fake.
They are completely fraud, they attract customers by giving reasonable quotation, and once customer agrees, after they load the goods and pack and move to their godown they start sending one by one extra charges for something else...like extra packing was required, extra LR charges required, extra toll required and so many....they are completely fraud and never ever take any service from they, even all the office employees are very rude and fraud in their Baranagar office....if you take their service you are gone, they will lost all of your goods and they will not take the call also. 1 rating also not suitable for them
