NoBroker Packers and Movers Gurgaon

Quick, professional service - I was sceptical at first but they proved me wrong. I transported my bike from Kolkata to Bangalore last year from Aggarwal Packers and they damaged my fuel tank and didn't cover the repair charges - but with NoBroker they transported the same bike without any damage with 3-4 layer packing. All my items were received as is - great service.

Worst mover packers ever. They broke My bed Almirah Ruined my scooty Broke oven Damaged both costly gaming chairs. They charged 18k more than other packers and movers, did not fill cartons properly. Total cost 44k after quoting 33k initially. I saw on porter it showed 28k for same items. Resolution: I'm still waiting for their response it's been 3 months.

Avoid using NoBroker’s movers and packers service at all costs. I recently relocated my household items from Bengaluru to Gurgaon using their service, and it was a terrible experience. Several of my belongings were either damaged or went missing during the move. When I filed an insurance claim, the compensation offered was negligible. Many of my friends have also encountered similar scams with NoBroker. Initially, their team will call you 10–15 times before you make the token payment, assuring you that you can modify your item list at the time of packing without any issues. But that’s where the scam starts. Once your items are loaded onto the truck, the third-party movers will demand additional money, citing the updated inventory. By that point, you’re left with no choice but to pay the extra charges

Extremely poor service. The app falsely showed my package as "Reached Destination" weeks before it actually moved. Delivery was delayed even though I had confirmed the location on time. I had to carry my items 500–600 meters myself despite paying for doorstep delivery. Packaging was sloppy, and the staff even said on call, "Even a doctor can’t guarantee life, how can NoBroker guarantee your package." Payment was taken, but service quality is third-class. Do not trust them if you expect proper handling.
