NoBroker Packers and Movers Noida

No broker called and called till I agreed to shift my luggage from mumbai to greater Noida... through them believing they are a corporate and so will be profesdional. 50% my crockeries came broken as many of them were packed unceremoniously with newspaper and not bubble wrap. My two television sets were missing... which we realized as there were no inventery list ... and so after I complained ...Since last 1 week they said they had forgotten to load them they will deliver them by a week. For a week they lied lied they have been loaded and are coming and till today morning they lied thd tvs have reached Gurgaon. These lies were fed by the grievance cell manager GAURAV to ud day after day and this is a corporate ... There were no inventry with the packers. Pathetic packing on top of that.For 2 tvs 1 washing machine and 1 drier 1 microwave and a fridge and 44 small cartons of crockeries and household items they charged me 40000 ... now they said that we have to provide them with purchase receipts of tvs. Who keeps purchase receipts after using for 5 years??? This is A BIG FRAUDULRNT COMPANY. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY GOVT... AS THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND SHAMELESS!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. MY one samsung QLED 55" TV WHICH IS WORTH 1 LAKH and 1 Haier 42" TVS WORTH 29000 are gone and stolen by No Broker. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!! I am attatching the photos of the broken crockerey!!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I had a terrible experience with this packer and mover company. They took the full payment in advance, but when my goods were delivered, no labour came with the driver to unload the items. My family had to unload everything ourselves, which was exhausting and completely unacceptable. When I called to customer support they keep saying we are talking to partner but in 8hr no response. No broker hire third party movers, I think in my case it was Charul packer and movers in noida. You will feel helpless because NoBroker will try to communicate with partner and partner will not listen to you. This kind of service is pathetic and feels like harassment, especially after paying the full amount upfront. The company showed no responsibility or professionalism. I strongly advise others not to use their services — they do not deliver what they promise and have zero customer support once they get the payment.
