A one deep cleaning

The service was very poor, and I didn’t get any response after the poor service, they didn’t care. They took Diwali Bonus, and because I wasn’t there to supervise, they took advantage and didn’t deep clean. They charged exorbitantly and didn’t deliver and didn’t have the courtesy to apologise, if not return the money. All the main areas, like back of almiras, desks and shelves were left uncleaned. They left everything dirty, left an entire room uncleaned. Wasted time, I even fed them. But they betrayed my trust. Totally unprofessional service and totally ripped me off. I agree with other reviewers, they don’t take your calls and stop taking your calls. I am a genuine customer and reviewer. I will share the photos of them coming over, in case they deny I am genuine customer.

Pathetic service. Just confirmed for deep cleaning two days back and today 02 Aug 2025 they didn't show up. Just said - Boys are on leave. Such unprofessional way. Then they switched off the phone. Customer care also stop picking up calls. Just avoid otherwise you had to suffer on the day of cleaning/booking.

Most unprofessional experience of all. The team reached the site and with a great load of attitude started nagging about "too much work" for 6 hours. While my house is a new home, no grease work, just the wood dust and dirt because of renovation work. After I mentioned this to the owner, he stopped taking my calls. Such unreliable vendor

Had a pathetic experience with this company. Not only they send people who are inattentive, they are also very indisciplined and uncouth. No code of ethics. Their guy also stole the bulbs from our premises. And once you pay them, they'll stop attending your calls. They're zero in the name of customer assistance. Frauds!

Excellent service Seems as if I’ve shifted in a new house

I had an extremely disappointing experience with A-One Deep Cleaning Agency. I reached out to them on a friend's recommendation for urgent cleaning of my 5,500 sq. ft. apartment, as my usual service provider was unavailable due to the New Year holidays. However, their pricing and approach left much to be desired. The person I spoke to quoted an outrageous rate of Rs. 6,000 per day for a team of 4 boys, with no cap on the number of days required. To clean my apartment, they estimated 3-4 days, meaning I would have to shell out Rs. 24,000! This feels like an outright money-making racket. Deep cleaning is a valuable service, but this level of pricing and lack of clarity on timelines are completely unreasonable. The lack of transparency and the exorbitant cost make me seriously question their business ethics. I would not recommend A-One Deep Cleaning Agency to anyone looking for fair pricing and professional service. This was an incredibly frustrating and overpriced experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for better service providers.
