I previously had booked with these guys and all is fine until there is an issue with the delivery. (See images below) These guys broke my furniture which was covered with clothes and then with cardboard and then bubble wrapped. How bad you have to handle the furniture to break 3 layers of secured covering. Even after 3 months, I am not even able to get a resolution. They are acting like it is my fault that I chose them to deliver my stuff. Probably it was a mistake after all. Not refund, No repair. Not even callback. They are cheap service of course and you would get what you pay for.

Until now, these people were only damaging the material but now they have gone to the extent of misplacing the material as well. These people only care about getting paid; they don't care at all if the customer's goods go missing or get damaged. All they want is to keep receiving payments, even if his team members are drunk but dropping the material shipments.
