Hitachi service center in agra

Worst worst worst experience. It's has been 2 months as the Hitachi AC compressor not repaired yet after so many complains. The persons working in hitachi service centers are worst and they must be fired from company. The worst company I seen and i advice the other people that don't purchase hitachi ac. The persons working in service centers are very bad. They don't pick calls. Argues with customer. Worst worst worst

Worst experience of service. U are guaranteed for service in 24 to 72 hours but more than 5 days and no one still at home for service. Every one saying will take time, call to X or Y. U r behaving like SBI employees. Will never recommend Hitachi to anyone and will never buy any Hitachi product in future.

Bad service in agra ....I want to service after 1 year and I complaint 4 days ago and they are making me fool .......Burst service and bad management

Unsatisfied. Air conditioner stopped working 2 hours after installation. Service person came two days later after complaint and told the main PCB is not working. No follow up. Very disappointed.

Very bad service and poor and very poor product by hitachi.
