I strongly advise against taking services from this company. The technicians they send are not professional and seem more like half-baked scammers. I booked their service for AC uninstallation and reinstallation only. However, the technicians kept insisting on unnecessary add-ons like AC washing and gas refilling, even though I had already refilled the gas just 6 months ago. I clearly refused. After reinstallation, the AC stopped cooling. It became clear that they had intentionally left the gas line leaking so that I would be forced to call them again. When I complained, they demanded ₹2,800 for gas refilling, despite the fact that I had already paid ₹2,500 for uninstallation and reinstallation. Still suspicious, I booked a service from Urban Company. Their technician confirmed that the AC gas outlet was deliberately left open during reinstallation — clearly an internal act of fraud. This is highly unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent behavior. Strict action should be taken against such malpractice, and customers should be warned

Got my AC serviced from them. Professional service at Reasonable cost. Also providing service on time. No much waiting time. They also service Washing machine, Refrigerator and water heaters.

I had my old AC unit reinstalled by this company, and the service was excellent. The technician named Siddharth arrived on time, carefully reinstalled the unit, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They even cleaned the unit before setting it back up. The process was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!
