Very poor service especially the owner of service centre Nitesh Singh don't even know how to communicate with customers a d resolve there problems. All the review you all are seeing is written by the technician and employes woh are working here. This the honest review from a customer.

0 is not available hence have to give overall 1 rating. Service center did not give proper response and I had follw up with customer care multiple times. Technician-Rahul visited firstly. He was very rude and having lack of knowledge. He did not even bother to check the exact problem. After multiple follow ups to service manager Technician- Shahbaz visited. He was very polite and he was giving proper information for the occurred issues.

Third class service provider..they don’t have manners to talk with the customers..and service is not satisfactory..they ordered wrong part of air conditioner..and wait is too much it’s been 2 weeks and Ac my problem is not solved yet.

100% scam. Voltas should cut their ties with these fraudsters. I promptly bought all the extra equipment needed from local shop then they spoke very rude and told me to purchase from their end. A customer should have the freedom to purchase the parts not from the service partner but from wherever they like.

Request to all not to avail any kind of service from this place, these people are scammers. These people charge 500 ₹ for visiting charges which is very expensive. If you call the office, these people either don't pick up the phone or their phone is busy. Their service is very slow. If you go for any service, it takes ten to fifteen days and after that, there is no hope that your work will be completed.

Worst experience ever, these guys are scammers, do not visit here ever. I had issue in my refrigerator, so raised a ticket and it got assigned to these guys, In first visit they came saw the issue and then went ghost for more than 10 days, no calls and nothing. Then I again raised a ticket, it got again tagged to these guys, they asked to pay visit charges first, post that parts would be ordered. I paid the charges, since then there phone is showing busy. These guys are theif, scammers. Don't know how company is providing then Authorization
