Voltas Brand Shop - Naman Electronics, Jhajjar

They have the worst customer service available in town. Bought a refrigerator and a swivel chair (they sell furniture). They delivered the refrigerator with some scratch maybe it was the display unit at the shop along with that the chair broke down in 3 days. Took it back to them as they said that they would repair it and now its been four months and my chair is still with them and now they denied repair and blaming it on us. As far as the service goes better buy from shops opposite to it (GB sales) or go for branded stores like Croma/ Reliance digital. They offer far better value and customer service than these cheap people. Till date I have bought 3 LG products from GB sales and it has been 6years and I still call them for getting customer support and they have good service till date.

Service was very poor. His sales person is not helping for Customer. And not taking calls. Showroom contact no. Is also switched off. I am contact to him last 2 months for My Washing Machine bill.
