Disastrous Daikin AC Installation in Bathinda I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding the recent installation of my new Daikin AC unit in Bathinda. The service I received was not only unprofessional and incompetent but also resulted in significant damage to my property. I urge all potential Daikin customers in Bathinda to reconsider their purchase based on this appalling experience. On 18July25, a team of two young individuals arrived for the AC installation. It immediately became apparent that they lacked the necessary training, basic discipline, and technical expertise for such a task. Their approach was haphazard and demonstrated a complete disregard for proper installation procedures and household safety. Unacceptable Issues Faced During Installation: Damage to Property: The installation team caused damage to my household items and tiles. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of care and professionalism. Lack of Essential Tools and Supplies: Astonishingly, the installers were unprepared, lacking even basic items like clamps. This forced me to make multiple trips to the market during the installation process to procure necessary materials, wasting my time and adding to my frustration. Gross Technical Incompetence: Their method of checking cable connections was laughable and deeply concerning. They recited colors in sequence without any understanding of fundamental electrical principles, such as identifying earth or live wires when connecting the indoor and outdoor units. This level of technical ignorance is not only incompetent but also potentially dangerous. Financial Exploitation: I was initially quoted an installation service fee of ₹1300. However, this amount was inexplicably inflated to ₹2700 without clear justification. Furthermore, I was made to purchase additional items like cables, which the team later deemed "short" and discarded, effectively making me pay for their mistakes and waste. Failure of Supervision and Accountability: Upon discussing these issues with Mr. Rajbir, who was identified as a master technician or service representative from your center, it was evident that the installers were inadequately trained and not properly supervised. Mr. Rajbir himself acknowledged that there were proper methods to perform the installation without causing damage, implicitly admitting that your team took "shortcuts" at my expense. This entire ordeal reflects an astonishingly low level of workmanship and professionalism that severely tarnishes Daikin's reputation. It is clear that either your hiring process is flawed, or your training and oversight mechanisms are severely lacking, especially in the Bathinda region. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this incident. I expect full compensation for the damages incurred, the fraudulently increased service charge, and the cost of wasted materials I was forced to purchase. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise potential consumers: DO NOT BUY DAIKIN, especially NOT IN BATHINDA.

Hopeless service center! The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. He just sends out completely untrained technicians who have no idea what they’re doing, but still charges full money. Total scam – zero professionalism, zero knowledge, and zero respect for customers. Stay away unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

Utterly Disappointing experience.. highly untrained staff.... The owner of this service center is just a money grubber. They will charge your for visit but the person visiting wont do anything. They don't even know the code on which the AC is at fault. Wont recommend anyone to buy Daikin until they solve this service center issue.
