Very pathetic service, never sends technician on time, keeps telling will send someone in the next 10 mins but does not send. Does not pick calls and avoids. Technicians too are not good. Got service done but issues in a month.

This person is a scammer, my AC was working 1 out 3 times so I decided to get it serviced. I called this person and he cleaned the AC. After he was done, it worked once and stopped working completely after he left. He took the payment and he’s not picking up calls after that. A lot of his reviews are fake . Please don’t call this person for any kind of services.

I got my AC shifted to the new house. Syed was pretty reasonable compare to other AC service guys. All went well, but he missed yo complete his job, I followed up for more than 3 weeks, he dint respond. I was initially happy, but post his service it was pathetic.

Not professional, not responsive, ignoring the customer and not providing solution. 20/04/23 After taking your service I was satisfied. But now the Ac is not cooling. I called Mohammad Tousif multiple times but he never picked the call. He would only send a text saying I'm driving! will call you back. After numerous attempts of calling him afternoon and evening he finally picked the call and said I'm coming. But I do not understand where he is. This is the 4th day and I'm still waiting for him. There is no call or message saying sorry we are late or we are occupied. Will visit you asap once the work is complete. These people are good at taking the money and they offer bad service. It is very sad that we cannot trust people these days. I feel that they have cheated me because they filled the ac gas and said it will last for about 6 months. He was very polite and I even told him that I trust you and you'll not cheat me.
