The guy over phone was not well disciplined, charges are high and they didnt informed me of any extra benifts on my initial call later after my review they call and gave me warranty which was denied earlier. They will call and threaten to file a case on you if u gave them negative comments so be careful.

Problem: No cooling in LG double door fridge. I needed LG fridge defrost timer, relay and overload spare parts. I got these parts here in a very affordable price. After taking to Mr. Dominic Biswas lead technician he told me that all my parts are okay but the compressor is damaged. So we requested him to come to our house which is 45km away from Berhampore. Today morning he came and changed the compressor(Original LG Compressor). Now the fridge is working like a charm. He is so knowledgeable. He has amazing skills. We got our fridge back with reasonable price. He is also a very humble and soft spoken person. We are very happy with his service. If you have any problems regarding ur fridge, ac, geyser, microwave oven you should definitely call him for prompt and reliable service. You won't regret I promise.

He is a very experienced engineer as well as technician.have good knowledge about ac,freeze,geyser etc. In just 10 minutes my problem was solve by Mr.D.Biswas. i am very happy about the service.just go for it.
