Cooling care service

Beware of them!!! Horrible horrible experience. Cheats! Frauds!! Irresponsible people!!! My 2 ACs were not doing cooling much. So I Called Imteyaz the technician - i think he is the proprietor of cooling service - for Jet spraying cleaning. He came with two other persons and got it done in an 1.5 hrs. However after that the ACs weren't still doing much cooling. Then I don't know what he tried but one of the compressors in the AC burst loudly with oil spilling. According to him it was already not working from before. Anyways i believed him. Then he offered to replace it with new compressor which costed me Rs. 11500, Rs. 2500 for cooling gas, Rs. 450 for capacitor and Rs. 550 for the process (vacuum cleaning, nitrogen etc.). After spending Rs. 15500 for that AC (the gas was filled 80% only with the promise to fill it next day), it worked only for 2 hrs. From that time till now that AC has zero cooling and the remaining 20% of gas has still not been filled by him. I have been daily calling 5-6 times to Imteyaz and the cooling care service to finish the unfinished job for which he already got paid in advance but he doesn't even has the basic courtesy to pickup the call or call back. Its been 10 days now and still he hasn't bothered to show up and service the AC. So beware of such cheats and frauds! i suggest always call official customer care of your AC brand for repair so that you have some recourse for complaining.

Avoid to service there. Cheated by the service engineer (LED teken for repairing not returned saying missplaced) taking no response for costumers Service head behaved like Don and criminal.

They have provided me a good mechanic who solved my issues.
