recently we got our fridge repaired but it was having some issue with cooling...so we contacted this service...the servicing guy checked it...there was the formation of ice near fan...so he melted the ice and checked the parts he said the parts were recently changed which we already knew..he should only be fixing the formation of ice near fan or any part...but the technician said that he will change all 4 parts which costed Rs. 3000 or else he is not going to fix it. in those 4 parts 3 of them were recently changed and were working then also he was not fixing it. Service based companies or people should give the service according to customer's requirement and hence, not force them to take services they do not want.
