I am writing to commend Mr. Gulam for the excellent service he provided today. We had a Haier AC in our Bhumi World office that had been malfunctioning for the past 15 days. A previous technician quoted excessive charges, but Mr. Gulam repaired our AC at a reasonable cost. He is also a very polite person, and I would highly recommend his services.
