I reached out to them via Google for a split AC installation. The person on the other side sent two technicians who turned out to be greedy and unprofessional. It took them around 4 hours to install the AC. Mounting of the indoor part of the AC was not done in proper manner. For which they opened the whole unit to align it. Thought I had copper pipe still these guys got pipe from outside and insisted me to get that fixed on extra cost. When I denied they cut my existing pipe by 3 fts in two attempts so that I am forced to take their pipe for second AC. As a result AC stopped working after two days and when I asked the technician by the name Shiva Kumar (A native of Gorakhpur) who visited us, he demanded extra money just for visiting. Highly unprofessional approach. Be careful from these thugs and better book it from directly Ac manufacturer or reliable service vendor
