Very bad experience. They are the authorised service centre for Blue Star. I maid complaint regarding my blue star AC. And they sent a technical from this centre. After the work was done I made the payment. I told them to wait at least 1 day to know whether my issue has resolved or not. But they forcefully asked the code to close the complaint. The centre person was so rude and unmannered .

Worst Aftersales services for Samsung,Technicians are not able to detect the flault,in the product.Recieved a defective AC,The Samsung Biosleep Plus model.Suffering Since 5Years,Technicians still not able to dectect the leakage,have to Gas topup every Year.
