Customer service ladies are utterly disgusting in the way they handle clients. They do not have a basic manner to handle matters in cordial way. I'm sure, the owner is unaware of this since this is a repetitive process , particularly after you have paid the AMC.

I have purchased carrier ac 2 months ago after installation facing gas leakage problem till now not resolved by their mechanics...also they're not serious about customers , don't buy Carrier ac very bad service..

I have booked the call for gas leaking issues this service centre send an un trained, unprofessional technician who have no knowledge in ac repair these guys are money minded looting Customer specially the reception girls are very much arrogance behaviour not able to handle customer properly.please don't book any appointment with them.one of the worst carrier service centre in khandagiri area.
