Very very bad experience. Both technician and the owner are not picking up the call. For me, they completely changed the coil of outer unit and charged me heavy amount. But still no cooling. Now that I am calling, no one is responding. It's already been more than 3 weeks now. They will assure you by giving 3 months warranty for the provided service, but it's of no use, when the call itself is not picked. Warranty is just a trap.
