"Terrible experience! I called Voltas service to fix my AC, and instead of repairing it, the technician turned it into a heater! Now my room feels like a sauna even in peak summer. On top of that, they charged me for services I never requested, like ‘air purification’ and ‘golden coil protection.’ When I asked for an explanation, the technician just shrugged and left. Worst service ever! Stay away unless you want to turn your home into an oven."

"The Voltas AC service is an absolute nightmare. My unit started making loud noises within months of installation, and contacting their support was useless. The technician who eventually came was clueless, spent barely 10 minutes checking it, and said I’d need to pay for a part that should’ve been under warranty. After arguing, they left without fixing anything, and now my AC is still broken. Horrible service, zero accountability, and they just don’t care about customers once the sale is done."
