Worst service I have ever experienced. Manipulative, dishonest and unreliable people to deal with. I ordered IFB washing machine and paid them full amount. Got assurance that it will be delivered same day/ next day. Even after more than 10 days they are making giving false promises of delivery. I have requested refund of money but no response. Unbelievable

Highly Not Recommended – Fake Promises and Misleading Reviews I purchased a new Blue Star 1.5 Ton Window AC, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. According to the salesman (Rahul), the AC was supposed to be delivered by Blue Star company agents, and installation would also be done by them. I was even charged transportation fees. However, the AC was delivered by local labor, not by Blue Star, and installation was done by a local technician. When the local installer opened the box, the AC was dusty, and the seal was broken—even the remote cover seal was broken. I took photos and shared them with the SHOP OWNER. He claimed that the box was opened by the company for a "quality check," and at the time, I believed him. But 2–3 days later, a certified Blue Star technician visited and confirmed that the unit was used, and all the original seals had been tampered with. That’s when I realized I had been manipulated by the shop owner. Now, the shop owner is refusing to replace the unit, making excuses, and not answering my calls. I live in Kharar, and I skipped all the local shops based on the positive reviews of this store. Unfortunately, I now believe that most of the reviews are fake, posted to cover up the real experiences of customers like me. It is my humble request to all future customers: Please boycott this shop. It is completely fake and untrustworthy.

Not recommended. Fake promises. They send some local technicians to install AC after promising that company installation will be there and these local technicians don’t have proper tools to make the hole. They will use hammers etc, spend 15-20 mins to ruin your wall When informed them, they said it’s not there responsibility and put the blame on AC brand when the technicians himself said they are from the store I feel most of the reviews are just fake to cover up honest reviews
