Anbu enterprises *(VOLTAS)

I gave my Voltas washing machine for service at Anbu Enterprises. The technician fixed it perfectly and explained everything clearly. The machine is working smoothly now. Great experience!

Total fraud in the name of voltas authorized AC service. I contacted voltas for the shifting of my AC unit from one house to another. They immediately forwarded my mail to this enterprise. After much drama they have send the person with zero knowledge about the AC. During the dismantling they have damaged the ferrule fitting leading to the gas leakage twice with in one month of the reinstallation. And surprisingly every time they will charge you extra for gas filling by saying that it was not their fault. So far I have spent nearly Rs. 5000/- and all have gone in vain. In the name of the authorized service they are simply looting the public. Voltas don't have any control over them other than forwarding the mail. Please stay away from this fraud service personnel.

These guys are the worst, charged 590 for service, now AC is aint cooling now, was working better before these guys did the service. Really frustrated with them. Called multiple times but aint picking the phone. Raised an escalation to the Voltas service. If you are in Kanchipuram and Chengalpattu area, please use your local service guys, never go to these guys. Inexperienced fellows.
