A perfect and genuine service. They guide us on "What exact service is needed?" after seeing the product and based on the usage. A very nominal price for service. He came for the service the next day after I called. Best service for AC and would refer to anyone. Overall a very customer-friendly service and maintains the quality of the product by no compromise in the service.

The below review was in the past… but nowadays they don’t have the same same service… they don’t even attend the call… and give false promises… not worth it… they were good earlier for sure…but if you want some support regarding AC… never contact them… now a days they have become the worst AC service provider… that’s the reason I am changing my 5 star rating from past to 1 star rating… unfortunately there is no provision of negative rating… if not I would have given them negative rating… if you want someone to trust don’t contact them… Past review: I am not deleting this because they were good earlier… I am using the service of Ridha for past 2+ years. I can say that they are the most professional AC technicians in Chennai with the most reasonable pricing. Most importantly they are honest in letting you know the actual condition of your AC and the options to fix it without any intention to loot you unlike any other guys I have come across in last several years. I will recommend Syed and Ridha AC to anyone who needs a honest and trustworthy technician for all your AC service needs.

Excellent service and the charges also reasonable. I had a board issue but within a day they fixed it . Really happy.
