I had called them to repair my refrigerator because it was not cooling. They fixed the cooling issue, but from the very next day water started leaking from the bottom. This problem was not there before their service. After multiple follow-ups, they finally sent a technician who said the heater pipeline was loose and claimed to have fixed it, but the issue still persists. Water is still leaking, and despite calling them repeatedly for the last 20–25 days, I have received no proper response. Very disappointed service
