Sri Ragavendra Electronics

During uninstallation one of the technicians broke a piece in the indoor unit and didn't inform us. For installation again we booked a technician from the same service center. He also didn't inform us of anything. After 3 months we found there was a broken part in the indoor unit when we started hearing a strange sound from the panel of the indoor unit. Later i contacted the owner and informed the same. He assured he will get replaced that part, later there was no response! We booked for a service later on, a technician came and he correctly identified my air conditioner and he said my old location. When i asked if he had broken that piece in the indoor unit, he started acting weird and said he was coming to our house for the first time! But I don't know how he knows my old location. So i confirmed that he is the one who broke it! Instead of reaching them we can go for our own technicians. At least they will be loyal!

Very poor service no on time service

Without service closed the Samsung service request, how Samsung encourage this type of service team?

I have Midea water heater in my house, so long it have some problem like ,take long time for heat water after I went to some local person to repair but not satisfied the problem will continuued ,one day my friend showed sri ragavendra electronics I call them for repair they present on time on same day,they explain clearly to us ,then the problem is rectified, now the heater is in good condition.thanks to the team,and thanks to the proprietor.

So long I have problem on my carrier ac 5 year before I bought that brand local technician will come and go but problem is not rectified after I go with Sri ragavendra electronics and the Technicians response is very good,after my ac service my ac condition is now extremely in good condition.the value is reasonable.thanks to the service center...
