I am very disappointed with the AC service I received. The technician did not properly check the gas leakage issue, and after just a few days, the cooling problem returned. When I contacted the service team again, they refused to fix it under warranty, even though the gas refill and service were supposed to be covered. This is not acceptable from a trusted service provider. Poor customer support, no proper warranty claim, and complete lack of responsibility. I do not recommend their service to anyone

The most pathetic service ever. Please don't book them. They charged me 3400 rs for gas refilling and within 2 months the ac stopped cooling again, that too when it had hardly been used since I was away most of the time. They refused to even check the issue if I don't pay them another visiting charge, and told that most likely gas has leaked which will take another 2500 rs to be paid. They just want to take money without providing proper solution.
