Very poor service. They don't have competent engineers or service staff. I have called them for repair of low cooling of my Samsung refrigerator in January. A person came and replaced the sensor with charges of approx 4000 and fan with a warranty of 6 months but the problem was not solved till today. We again called them multiple times but he came after so many calls stating that they had lot of complaints. He again tried to solve the issue but admitted that he cannot understand the issue and raised his hands. He himself suggested that we should call Samsung service team. Do not call them for any service. Call company technicians only
