Authorised Samsung CE Service Center - Dynasty Aircon

Very bad experience!! It’s been 2 weeks since we are dealing with such a bad AC service from them. So it started from us calling the toll free number of AC customer service as a response one of their worker came to check on the AC. Then 2-3 days later he came back with another worker for filling up cooling gas into the system . However, only after another hour or two it was just as usual and did not emit any cooling. After looking at the situation we called them again the very next morning . At first they did not respond to our requests . Then on 14th of July two of their worker came and dislocated the entire AC system and just kept them aside in our veranda for another whole day. After calling them for several time they gave us the excuse that they did not have enough no.of transport vehicle to carry the AC to the centre . Then we directly went to the centre to complain about their delayed services. On 16th they finally transported the entire AC system to the centre. Then they told us that the AC will be repaired within 2-3 days but it took them an entire week to fix it . After calling several times they finally gave it back yesterday on 23rd and did not even intend to fix it on its original location and now as usual the AC is again lying on our veranda . We are very disappointed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE of this area . Their awful services bound me to write this review on our family’s behalf.

Had the worst service from samsung as the are so slow in providing service that you will end up with everything wasted from your fridge plus the person who receive the call is not trust worthy ....you better go for local engineer rather then trusting brand like samsung who you think will provide good service

Very irresponsible behaviour.... Called customer care once, I was told that technician would reach today. One day passed still No calls or texts from technician or authorised service centre. So I thought of going there myself. A lady with a hijab took our complain (behaving like as if someone is coming to disturb her) and said the technician will reach tomorrow at 11 am in the morning. STILL NO RESPONSE. Called customer care again and they repeated again the same things. IRRESPONSIBLE totally IRRESPONSIBLE Hope this review reaches senior samsung authorities.

Good service. We had to replace our washing machine drum, which was not covered under the warranty. They ordered the part and it came within 4-5 days so they sent someone to pickup the machine. He was very helpful. Took the machine and they fixed it within 10-15 days and once it was ready they sent it back. For the drum change it cost us Rs. 6200 and pickup and return was extra, which differs from location to location from the service center. I am writing this review after it's only been a day since the machine was fixed so I am unable to say for how long it will last. But I am glad that they were able to fix it. Overall, they have good service, the on-call support team is very patient as well as the one who came to pickup and drop off the machine. Price is just a little high. So 4 stars.

Very poor service, don,t ever trust them. The girl who deal with the customer is very uneducated and unmannered.

Nonsense servicing... Service centre response in not good at all ...even not receive pone call....
