Service engineer doesn't have the basic knowledge....they just forced to replace the good parts even if they are good in condition...and they try to make us fool so that they can make more money....I have to given Service charges without doing anything..so be careful... Voltas have the worst service....
Voltas have very bed service, No any good technical service engineers are working. It is the one of the worst company in our India
....one of the worst service centres in the world, I think. Never ever buy any voltas products
A motor fan replacement was ordered 15 days before....but still now it is not delivered....
Service persons are good.servicing is at par.
