Worst service. They only want to sell their product. They won’t provide service. While purchasing they told me that I will get 2 free services within the 1st year. However it took me 1.5 years and constant complaining via phone, app and mail to get my 1st service. And I am still trying to get my 2nd service (contacting them for the past 2months), hoping to get it done within 2022. My advice to fellow customers, try other brands for peace of mind. Update(15/07/2022): After constant follow up, the technician came two months back. He told there is some leak in the unit and it has to be brought to their centre for checking. So, I took the unit to their service centre. After some talking, they told me that since they have not serviced the unit on time they will forgo the service charges. Again I took it to my home after service and the technician installed the same after two days. However they charged me 3500 for gas. Now after using it for just 3 nights, there is a cracking sound as soon as I turn off the ac in the morning and water is coming out of the indoor unit air vent. I have raised a complaint a week before. However I think it will take them at least a month or two to sent the technician. I have been following up for the past one week. The AC was hardly used like say 5 to 6 times in a year (mostly i am out of station). However, I had called/ emailed them more than 50 times a year. In total I will say only one thing, kindly think before buying even a screw from them.

I called and informed about blasting sound in left part of swing area, was getting smoke smell while running AC, now kind of ok. No one visited yet for service, now getting water flowing sound from AC. I complained on Monday, Today is Thursday, till now no technician visited home. Selling is their only motto, when come to service it's totally ZERO. 9-Apr-2024 bought AC. Delivered to SKC road.Strongly recommend NOT TO PURCHASE here.

People from bluestar came to do a free service to our AC. After its done, we didnt have a proper flow. There were some issues. So we called them again. They found that gas level was high thats the reason for the improper flow. They corrected it and asked us to pay for it. We told that we will not pay, as that was not our fault and it happened after their free service. The person who did the service connected us with the store where a lady spoke to us. The way she spoke was not at all fair. Such a poor customer support. She was just shouting and arguing and said that "I dont have time to talk with you" and cut my call. Then again i called her, she didnt pick up. She is not at all eligible to be a customer support person as she was arguing and shouting with me. I asked her name, she didnt tell me her name at all. She told me, do whatever you can & go ahead and complaint anywhere.Is this the way a suport team will talk to a customer. She does not have a good language skill. She was talking like how people used to speak in a fish market. When we approach them to buy an AC, they ll talk more polite & sweet. When we make a complaint & raise a question. This is how they will behave rudely. am totally disapoointed with the experience that i had with that lady Raajathi belonging to blue star, erode branch

This place is so worst we asked a model but they gave other model ac and that ac sucks it's not working like ac so my suggestion don't buy ac in this place and waste your money

Never trust their words, used to say they will provide 3 free services during sale of the product and never do that even we follow up many times. Service is pathetic, good product but bad customer service from this dealer. try somewhere else. Hope this helps others..

Worst response for service I called nearly three times in different days they tell another number to call, another number to call for service in the end no response so kindly all think before to buy bluestar erode district..
