Ajay Air conditioner

I am from Faridkot Cantt.. I want to make eveyone aware of a fraud which happened with me... And want it does not happens with anyone else... This individual is a fraud... I bought an 2nd hand AC (0.800 Ton) LG from this guy at ₹10000 (Ten thousand )and I was assured that... The AC will run very good and if any thing happens to the AC any time.. they will fix it... With full assurance... My AC ran good last year.... But this year in May it's self my AC was not cooling... And I informed it to him... He sent his representative and took the AC to their shop... And after that they couldn't repair it... And when I asked him for a replacement... He (Ajay- shop owner) said that he didn't had any AC and told me... That their assurance for repair was only for one summer season... And not for second season... Where as at the beginning of buying the AC I was not told the same... that as I had already mentioned above.... After that when I said that ok then if you are not able to repair it then at least give me 50% of amount what I bought i.e ₹5000/-but he denied and said that he could give only ₹2000/- and when I said that this amount is not even 25% of my purchase price at least give me 25% i.e ₹2500/-... but I was told by him that come and take your AC back... He didn't had that curtaicy to give the AC delivered back to me... So I had to go to their shop to take back my unrepaired AC... It became very difficult for me... As I m having a new born baby... Facing problem in this heat...
