Please Google before trusting them. The service man misinformed me and charged exorbitantly high for a replacement part. He sold us a second hand drainage motor for 1500 rupees, told us that the part isn't available for a cheaper price anywhere. I took a photo of the part to find products and the exact same thing for my machine is selling for 600 rupees on Amazon.
