I purchased a Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3-Star Inverter AC from ECO COOL, Patel Nagar, Ghaziabad in April 2025 (Invoice No. EC/25-26/254). The buying process was smooth, but their after-sales service is absolutely disappointing. They had promised free services, but since last month, I’ve been continuously following up for my service request. Every time, they give a date and later postpone or ignore it — no technician ever visits. Despite calling multiple times and contacting them directly, there has been no action or proper response. This shows zero professionalism and no respect for customer time or commitments. After selling the product, they simply stop responding. I strongly suggest everyone avoid purchasing from ECO COOL Ghaziabad unless they seriously improve their customer support and reliability.

One of the worst ac dealer in ghaziabad. They will charge you installation fees and their staff is totally non professional.They even not check the alignment of the ac due to which water will started coming out of the ac. After installation they not even clean the ac properly.You feel like you have installed old ac. Afterthat when you call them for solution they will note down problem but their engineer will never come to solve the problem.So my suggestion dont buy from this dealer or of you buy install the ac from the brand engineers. Now i directly called the blue star customer care and book my service from them. They dont care about the customer.

Worst AC dealer. We bought Daikin Split AC from them(~₹50k). AC had fault from day 1 itself. We had to get its PCB replaced just after installation(that too after multiple requests made to eco cool). Even the cooling is not good. Now after 2 years it’s got the same problem again. These guys do not respond to calls. They speak so sweetly at the time of purchase. Whatever AC you enquire about, they say that they are using the same at their own house(so that people trust the product), i have seen them claiming like this to many customers But when you call them regarding any complaint then they make false promise, avoid receiving calls or speak so rudely. There are many dealers in City where one can buy from. I would strongly suggest not to buy product from ECO COOL.

Bought Split Air conditioner and with in a month because of inefficient person installation leakage problem is facing by me. Very Bad installation work done by these persons.

We bought two ac's worth around 1.6 lacs plus 27k for installation last month. They have installed the ac's Incorrectly and now its indoor unit is leaking. We have complained them about the same on the day it happened and they assured us that it will be repaired within 48 hours max. It's been 8 days today and all we are getting is assurance that it will be repaired in a day or two. We are calling them twice a day for last 8 days and all they are saying that it will be done as soon as possible. Now we have installed these ac before summer has started so that we will not suffer in heat but since they have already sold the ac, all they are doing is ignoring our request. Highly inadvisable to purchase any item from this store. They will attend you very nicely and will speak in a sugar coated way while selling the item and once they get the money you will be on your own. No complaints will be solved.If given option I would have negatively reviewed the shop.

Bought 5 air conditioners from them a year back and not a single day has passed that I don't regret it. Pathetic service and faulty product. Ever since the start, the air conditioners keep getting fault. Mr. Deepak Agarwal doesn't pick calls despite trying numerous times. Save yourself and avoid this shop.

No Professional work Due to Poor Installation within one month cooling gas leakage problem is facing, Big brand reputation also getting affected due to these shopkeepers.
