Attention everyone! I want to share my extremely frustrating experience with Onsitego and Vijay Sales. Last year, I bought an AC from Vijay Sales and took a 5-year extended warranty from Onsitego. Recently, my AC broke down, and dealing with Onsitego has been a nightmare. Firstly, getting a response from their customer service is almost impossible. After several attempts, when someone finally answered, they took 4-5 days just to send a technician. The technician removed the faulty part but then disappeared, leaving me to chase them for another 4-5 days to get it replaced. To make matters worse, the supervisor at their Ghaziabad branch, Mr. Vivek, has been completely unprofessional. He often keeps his phone switched off and is unreachable when you need updates. It’s been almost 10 days, and my AC is still not working while the temperature here in Delhi is soaring to 45 degrees Celsius. ️ Onsitego 's service is absolutely the worst I've ever seen. I urge everyone to think twice before purchasing any extended warranty from them. Vijay Sales should seriously consider partnering with a better after-sales service provider. over Team good behavier and servise system , in summer ac complanet is to much , and everybody think service center can not suport by her/him can you thinking her and his problem in summer to much call handling by service center and taqnition they can do there work at 8 am to midnight 11 pm and some time lots, its not possible to satisfaction everybody in one time , some time castumer complaind to extra mony, its depanded on AC condition ,

Very bad service and behaviour from them in terms of ac service. They filled the gas in ac in June saying that gas is less . After 1 month gas again is less . We called them again for service and they took service charge and told leakage is with cooling coils. If your engineers don't follow the step process of first identifying leakage point in both units of ac then what is the fault of customer here? Hard earned money of customer is wasted. So now firstly I have to buy Samsung 6000 cooling coil and then get the gas filled. Even after that if gas leakage comes out they are saying now leakage can be in some other part then again pay for gas. Horrible experience, will never get any ac service from them.

Very very bad service provider, no one to take the ownership here. Head Mr. Ravi will never answer your calls, lady who answers your call is very I’ll mannered and I’ll behaved, whenever you ask their service man are always on leave, I feel I have done the mistake of buying Voltas ac. Every year I have to same story with this serviceprovider. Company link Tata shouldn’t these kinds of servuce privider Pathetic service

Such people are actually termed as the Dacoits of the Day. I called them up for My Split Ac service. They posed to me the problem of low gas pressure leading to low cooling. The rate provided provided by them for gas filling was very high compared to the market, so I decided to go for service only with them. I paid Rs 500/- for the service. But, what their Technician did in return is really pity! His name is Junaid, and he actually filtered out all the available gas in my Ac (4Amp) leaving all the joints lose. These people are really the Robbers looting people in the name of Ac service and might be, other Electronics item services. Stop using their services if you do not want to loose your hard earned money guys! Thanks!

I would have given minus stars to them if there was a choice. Their Services are very very poor. They are a total fraud and they don't give any priority to services especially air conditioner services. Please be aware of frauds like on spot cool point
