My overall experience with this service agency has been extremely disappointing. The staff are unprofessional, the technicians appear unskilled, and delays in service delivery are a regular occurrence. Unfortunately, my recent experience has raised even more serious concerns. During a recent visit by their technicians to serve another business entity within our office premises, a gas cylinder blast occurred. This explosion not only caused partial damage to my parked motorcycle but also left one of the technicians injured. The technicians involved appeared inexperienced and lacked proper training, and there were no safety protocols or precautionary measures followed while handling the gas cylinders. This incident could have had catastrophic consequences, as it occurred in a public place. What’s more alarming is the response from Mr Sanjib Dey, who I believe is the owner of the agency. His attitude toward the incident was disturbingly irresponsible and dismissive. I have filed a report at the local police station regarding the matter. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this service provider. Safety should never be compromised, and in this case, it clearly was.

Would strongly suggest to avoid these services. After spending a hefty amount in repair , the AC is still not functioning. They take days to repair the AC and the AC stops functioning after a few days. Also, lack of coordination between the teams. The technicians appear unskilled and this just seems like a sham to extract more money.

Just there for the money. They told me to change the coil of the AC, they had to take it to the shop. So there are 3 teams. One who visits, another who dismantles and the third picks up. First one came more than 6 hours late and charges 590 for inspection, mandatory but will be deducted from the final amount. Second team was around 7 hours late after multiple calls and could not dismantle the ac as they were not told by the first team that it was mounted on the 1st floor window, but assured me that they will come the following day. They never came. I have a broken AC with 590 loss. I have not heard from them ever since.

They are the most unprofessional guys I have ever seen before.. They took our AC which had a problem in its condenser and needed a replacement without any receipt/doc. A condenser would cost around 4000 inr. These guys are charging 18000 inr for a condenser. If you don’t get it repaired still you will have to pay them 2500 inr as fee. First of all, very bad behaviour of their employees, they are non responsive and don’t even know how to speak properly. The manager is the worst. He called several times demanding money. These guys are just looters. Horrible service and filled with hopeless employees. They think they can fool people in Guwahati just because it’s not a metro city. It’s because of people like these that now a days we can’t trust anyone. They are not bothered of losing customers because of their attitude but I am sure they are going to pay for their deeds someday.

Very bad service. It’s been one month they picked up my air conditioner and still haven’t delivered. I called them under the warranty period but they didn’t check the ac properly and just refilled the gas. Later when my warranty period was over they took the ac for checking and havent returned. Now at the heat of 35degree Celsius without the ac. Very unprofessional.Very very bad service! Will never call them again.
