Extremely bad service with no regards for customers. Bought 3 hitachi ACs and the installation was assigned to them. They have messed up a brand new ac that has not worked properly for even one day since installation. First they never abide to the time they commit for visits, I have had to take an off for 3 days but the engineer never visited. When they visit they charge for brazing etc but without resolving the problem. Even now the ac is not working and the team has the guts to say to complain to whoever we want, they will not resolve the issue. Avoid at all costs.

DON'T GO WITH THIS SERVICE WORST AC service Ever. Service men will come and said you have capacitor issue, gas is not adequate and charged 4000. This happens every year from last 4 years. When I ask the manager he is giving best quotational examples. Basically service people who are working here are not knowledgeable, and putting money trusting this services would be the worst decision taken. So people who will be trying to opt these services, better to avoid it as they have charged 4K for last 4 years and took more than 20K.

Arjun came and told that there is no gas in AC AND HE ASKED FOR 3500 AND WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CHECK GAS WAS 60 PSI AND THEY ARE FOOLONG PEOPLE SAYING NO GAS WE WILL FILL AND COLLECTING 3500 AND SERVICE CHARGE 500 TOTAL 4000 , Hitachi is giving post warranty service to foolish people who want to bluff and earn money

Worst experience, took them 7 months to repair an AC still not working ,the bill was around 14000

Worst service providers. The technicians don't know anything and change the parts one by one without knowing what the issue is.

The technicians are untrained and don’t do good job. There’s also no number to reach their office
