One Mr. Ismail Sheik attended my SAMSUNG Front Door Washing Machine having problem of Programing of Wash. It took 2days to correct the problem and Ismail is very patient, cool and repaired the Unit with all that grit. He followed Vivid Protocols. NOT RECOMMENDED I have done AC service in March from this hellooexpert Hyderabad , it was working good for 1 week , then again it stopped cooling and no air from the blower, I called them this month , and now they are like it’s only 2 months Warranty, which they didn’t even inform before to me about Warranty .. nor a message of feedback… Worst Service ever, unprofessional people and work , guys don’t even trust these kind of companies, before the service they speak to you in very good manner , but after completing of work , they won’t respond to your call or they won’t give you updates about there bad service, Worst Management.
