Zero rating No proper service technicians and to much time talking for attending of service min 7 days from complaint date Friends don’t go to Hitachi company products (AC, Refrigerator and etc.) service cost and parts to much rates. hitachi company officials also no proper response at hyderabad I am facing problem last 1.6 years of my high-end model refrigerator till now not resolve the problem

People donot respond to complaints raised here. They donot answer calls and dont have the basic courtesy to call customers back. Issues are open for more than a month. They cancel tickets that are escalated and ask us to open new ones so that they are not affected with the lack of action taken.
