Royal Air Condition ( AC Technician ) & Electricals.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He appears very experienced and handled the work professionally. His communication was clear, polite, and respectful. I truly appreciate his good behavior and customer-friendly approach. Excellent service overall.

This person is a big time fraud. He took money to refill gas and promised a warranty in less than 2 months cooling is reduced. Now he is lying about giving any commitment. Please be safe and don't book his services. I had a very bad experience. Don't know how they get sleep at night by making such false promises

I had 2 AC-related needs at my villa a new AC installation to the existing & also older units started leaking water, so I called these guys for a maintenance visit as well. They came in for the initial visit, answered all questions and gave me installation options. Technician came in for the maintenance visit and did a fantastic job. He cleaned all the units thoroughly, gave tips for future maintenance and was very friendly and polite they were on time, efficient, quick, did a great job, and then helped with the cleanup too. My only wish that they had availability sooner, but I understand that it's the busiest time of the season. Overall, I had a great experience, everyone from the team was very professional, my AC system is working well & I would recommend

I have hired them and feel the quality of service is sub-standard. 1. Not taking-off indoor unit frame to clean (unless i insist) 2. Spoiled the display sensor for carrier 1 ton A/C 3. Leaving dusty patches on outdoor unit(i had to inspect and insist to clean) 4. Unable to reset error code on 1.5 ton carrier A/C 5. Only one person will attend for servicing. I need to give helper hand 6. He does not bother to remove any dust on the indoor unit coil with brush despite sticky mud patches Overall, i feel the service almost equals to pouring water on indoor /outdoor units. I feel, the money i paid does not serve its purpose. I do not recommend them.

Looking at the reviews, called them for AC repair as the AC was not cooling. Technician inspected and filled the gas and left. There was no bill and the technician promised that he can be contacted in 90 days if there is a problem in cooling. Same night noticed Ac was not cooling and messaged him to come next day. Technician kept promising he will come initially. Its been three weeks now and no response to calls or messages. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Firstly, they are over priced. Each time they come to your house,they charge 500 Rupees. My first experience was ok, however after their second visit, i realised they are not competant for this job. General servicing means checking if AC is working properly or not. All additional repairs at extra cost. They did general servicing to my AC and left however, the technician did not check the outlet pipe which was blocked due to which water dripped from AC into the stabilizer. Luckily, the stabilizer unit is working fine. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he was demanding me additional 200 rupees for revisiting. I will never recommend anyone to use them. Not worth the money.

Service was good. Technically good at all the problems in AC repairs, Service men's are polite and professional, they charge reasonable and they replace affordable spare parts with customers satisfaction. I would like to suggest this group at AC services.
